Welcome to The Atelier Underground, the official affiliate and creator partnership program for Vauje and Salvaged Relic. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms, commission structures, and payout guidelines:
1. Commission Structure & Calculations
Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a standard 20% commission on net sales generated through their unique tracking link or discount code.
Calculation Basis: Commissions are calculated based on the final net revenue collected from the customer (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and product costs).
Coupon Codes vs. Direct Links:
The Coupon Strategy (Customer-First): If you share a custom discount code, your commission is calculated on the final discounted price paid by the customer. This helps drive higher conversion rates and sales volume.
The Premium Strategy (Affiliate-First): If you share your clean link without a discount code, your commission is calculated on the full item price, giving you a higher per-sale payout.
Example ($30.00 Earrings): If a customer buys a $30 item using a 10% off code, the customer pays $27.00, and your 20% commission is $5.40 ($27.00 × 20%). If bought at full price ($30.00), your commission is $6.00.
2. Payout Terms & Schedule
Schedule: Payouts are processed on a bi-weekly schedule.
Minimum Payout: Accounts must reach a minimum threshold of $30.00 in approved commissions before a payout is triggered.
Payment Methods: Payouts are supported via automated PayPal transfer or manual Cash App transfer.
Processing & Clearing: Commission releases are contingent upon successful credit card processing and order clearing. Invoices are generated for accounting and tax purposes.
